Peace and Social Action Committee
Quakers maintain a tradition of commitment to social
justice and a concern about social and economic
inequalities. The Peace and Social Action Committee (PSAC)
of Brooklyn Monthly Meeting engages the Meeting in
discerning the right relationship between our testimonies
and our action in the world. PSAC builds relationships
with other groups in developing social action and peace
action projects, and organizes opportunities for education
and dialogue related to peace, justice, and social action
in the local and global communities.
Please find a link to upcoming PSAC public workshops
and meetings below.
